1. Click on 'Having issues managing your subscriptions? Click Here!' located under the login tab.
2. Enter your email to receive a 4-digit code that will allow you to set up your account on the portal.

If you still experience issues or need further assistance, contact our support team and provide your email address along with a brief description of your concern. An agent will help you from the back end if necessary.

If your email address has changed or if it's incorrect, we can update it for you. Please send us your new email address, and once updated, we will assist with your original request, including subscription cancellation.
