What happens if there is a typo in my order address?Updated 6 months ago

If there's a typo in your order address and the carrier is unable to deliver the package, it may be returned to sender. Typically, such scenarios could occur if the name is not registered to the address or if there's an error in the address details. Our usual procedure for these scenarios is to first encourage the customer to reach out to the carrier. We have seen some success with customers being able to reroute their packages by requesting an address change/edit through the carrier. If that doesn't work, please reach out to our support team and we will talk you through next steps.
