How do I return a product?Updated 6 months ago

We accept domestic US return requests within 30 days of your order's delivery date! Returns just got so much easier with our new online returns portal! To begin processing your return or exchange click HERE! You can choose between an exchange, refund, or store credit.  Returns are free but the original shipping will not be refunded.

In order for an item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused. If the plastic wrap is torn from the outside of a product so you can see the inside, that is okay but there can be no challenges scratched off, writing on the products, perforations torn, cameras used, etc. 

If you are looking for help returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please reach out to our support team for help!

*Please note, due to the nature of the following items, we do not offer returns for International orders, Film, Adventure Boxes, TAG, or Gift Cards. Also, packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed. You have 28 days to ship your Return once your return shipping label has been created. Returns shipped after the 28 day return window will not be eligible for return or exchange.
