How can I troubleshoot or resolve issues with my camera?Updated 6 months ago

If you're experiencing technical issues with your camera, we suggest reaching out directly to our partner, Lomography. They have a great customer service team and offer phone support to resolve technical issues, or provide repairs or replacements for their cameras. For issues such as unwanted photo effects (e.g., red/light halos in images), a motor problem, or if your camera is not turning on, Lomography’s support team is typically able to assist. Make sure to have your order number ready, as it may be required to check if your camera is still under warranty with them. If you're missing any items like a lens cap or if the products arrived damaged, please have a photo of the items you received ready when you contact Lomography so they can identify if something is missing or damaged. They may also provide parts for lost items like a remote control lens cap, although they might charge for these parts.

Remember, we do not include film or batteries with the camera; these can be purchased separately online or at a local electronics store.
