Could I hear about Lunchbox Notes testing?Updated 6 months ago
Lunchbox Notes are kid AND teacher-tested and parent-approved!
When we had teachers and students at various elementary schools test these challenges, they loved them!
Our Product Team, strategically created it so the challenges would happen during recess and lunchtime. When testing our Lunchbox Notes in a school setting, we found that teachers felt really excited about the engagement of the students with their families and with other students. Occasionally, the teachers even pulled in the challenges to be used by the whole class!
From the student perspective, kids felt special and connected to their parents while pursuing relationships with themselves and other kids at school.
Here is some feedback we have received about Lunchbox Notes:
“Can we do more?!’ my kids loved the idea of holding the door open for people and wanted to keep doing more challenges!”
"I had my mom stop writing me notes in my lunch this year that said I love you and stuff like that. I know it kinda made her sad, but it was just embarrassing. When I found this in my lunch I was like ‘what?’ And my friends and I had fun adding to it throughout the day. Everyone wanted a chance to be a part of it!”
Our hope was that these challenges would also make school and making friends not as scary, knowing that someone loves you while you are taking risks and trying new things.
