Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?Updated 6 months ago

Once an order is placed, the ability to change the shipping address depends on whether the order has been shipped or not. If the order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to request an address change. However, if your order has already been shipped or entered pre-shipment, we are unable to alter the shipping label or directly change the address with our fulfillment center.

If your package is already on its way, you might still have several options:

  • Contact the carrier's local office to see if they can change your address or forward the delivery to your new location.
  • Some carriers may require that any address change request come from the seller, but this is not a service that we or our fulfillment center provide.
  • If the package is marked as 'Returned to Sender' or 'Delivered,' but you do not have access to the location, please reach out to us to discuss the next steps.

Please make sure to provide your order number and the correct shipping address if you're requesting an address change before the order is shipped. In case your item is already shipped out, we recommend checking your tracking information to follow up with the carrier accordingly.
